  1.  Participated in International Workshop on Basic Molecular Biology and Recombinant DNA Technology held at the Department of Zoology, Rajshahi University from April 4-12, 1987
  2.  Completed a 4-week Summer Science Institute Course in Zoology in 1988, Organized by the Institute for Advancement of Science and Technology Teaching.
  3. Participated in National Workshop on Genetic Engineering Technology held at the Department of Zoology, Rajshahi University from February 1-7, 1989.
  4. Participated a short term training programme on Development and Handling of Molecular probes in Diagnosis of Tropical Diseases, organized by the Center for Biotechnology, Anna University, Madras, India from March 6-18, 1989.
  5. Completed a English Language Course at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (U.K.) from 2nd July to 21st September,1991.
  6.  Completed a training course on Biological Control in Integrated Pest Manangement, held at BARI, Joydevpur (Dhaka) from 14-19 March, 1992
